Furniture Leasing

Many companies have a policy of shipping a minimum of belongings and provide leased furniture in Japan. Leasing or ordering furniture takes time and patience in Tokyo. Exchanges are difficult, so take time to visit the showrooms and shop around. When ordering made-to-order furniture, ask to see actual swatches that are large enough to give you a proper representation of the whole design of the fabric you are considering before placing your order. Keep in mind the variation in size between Japanese and Western furniture. These companies can provide you with temporary leased furniture until your orders arrive, or you make your final furniture decision.

Santa Fe has in-house relocation consultants that can assist you with all of your home finding needs; from helping you find and negotiate the lease of your new home to arranging furniture rental or lease.
