Destination Guide | Tokyo Japan
Department Stores
Tokyo abounds with large department stores. Most of them will deliver to your home for little or no charge. Larger department stores have special offices to help customers who do not speak Japanese with things such as making reservations for theater, concert or sports events. They will also accompany you through the store, if necessary. Most of the department stores hours are 10:00 -20:00 and stores close 1 hour earlier on Sundays and national holidays.
